ABOUT US - KEY PERSONNEL
Jim Blanche, Senior Estimator, has 30 years experience in the electrical contracting industry. He was an instructor for Local 26 JATC for 14 years and ABC Charles County apprenticeship program. Jim holds a Maryland state masters electrician license and is an E.P.A. Green Lights certified survey ally. He has been a member of Charles County Electrical Board since 1994.
Before joining Natelco in February 1995, he held positions with quality contractors in the Washington metro area. Jim has moved from the positions of estimator, project manager, and manager of service and of commercial divisions.
At Natelco Jim uses his experience coupled with his training on the Accubid estimating system for estimating projects and change orders to work with customers like Verizon (Bell Atlantic) and AT&T, plus a variety of other customers and projects.
